# How many days until the matura exams?

**183 days left until the matura exams.**

Date: Tuesday, 4 May 2027

That is 26 weeks and 1 day, including 124 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in Poland).

The Polish exam board announces the matura dates by 20 August of the school year before. The count is to the first exam of the main session: Polish at the basic level, at 9:00.

Polish, mathematics and a modern foreign language at the basic level are compulsory, plus at least one subject at the extended level and oral exams in Polish and the foreign language. Passing takes at least 30% of the points in each compulsory subject. The extended subject has no pass mark, but its result counts for university admission.
