# How many days until the school year?

**303 days left until the school year.**

Date: Wednesday, 1 September 2027

That is 43 weeks and 2 days, including 209 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in Poland).

The Polish school year starts on 1 September. When that day is a Friday, Saturday or Sunday, classes start the following Monday.

## Dates in the coming years

| Year | Date |
| --- | --- |
| 2027 | Wednesday, 1 September 2027 |
| 2028 | Monday, 4 September 2028 |
| 2029 | Monday, 3 September 2029 |
| 2030 | Monday, 2 September 2030 |

The first day usually has only the opening ceremony; lessons on the timetable begin the day after. The move to Monday applies nationwide, not at a single school's discretion.
