## How the norm is worked out

The Polish Labour Code (art. 130) gives 8 hours for every Monday to Friday and takes off 8 hours for every public holiday not falling on a Sunday. This month: 21 × 8 h − 1 × 8 h = 160 h.

First working day: Monday, 2 November 2076. Last working day: Monday, 30 November 2076.

## Deadlines for this month

- Pay at the latest on Thursday, 10 December 2076 (by the 10th of the next month; when that is a day off, the day before, art. 85 of the Labour Code).
- ZUS contributions and the PIT advance of a sole trader: by Monday, 21 December 2076.
- VAT and the JPK_V7M return for monthly filers: by Monday, 28 December 2076.

A tax or contribution deadline that falls on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday moves to the next working day (art. 12 § 5 of the Tax Ordinance). Pay moves the other way.
