## Deadlines for this month

- Pay at the latest on Monday, 10 January 2078 (by the 10th of the next month; when that is a day off, the day before, art. 85 of the Labour Code).
- ZUS contributions and the PIT advance of a sole trader: by Thursday, 20 January 2078.
- VAT and the JPK_V7M return for monthly filers: by Tuesday, 25 January 2078.

A tax or contribution deadline that falls on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday moves to the next working day (art. 12 § 5 of the Tax Ordinance). Pay moves the other way.
