Shopping lists

Several lists at once, with ticking off and sharing.

Shopping lists you can keep in parallel — groceries on one, household things on another, presents on a third.

Items

Every item has a name and an optional quantity. Ticked items move to the bottom rather than vanishing — until you tap "remove bought", you can still see what already went into the basket.

Sharing

A list can be shared with a person or a group. Sharing applies to that one list, not the whole module — which is why you can have a family list alongside a private list of presents.

There are two permission levels:

• Can edit — adds, ticks off and removes items.
• View only — sees the contents, changes nothing.

Renaming a list and deleting it stay with the owner, even for editors. Somebody invited to help with the shopping should not be able to wipe out the whole list or pass it on to others.

An invitation sent to an address with no account waits, and activates itself the moment that person registers.
