A monthly grid: habits in rows, days in columns. Tick them off in the browser and see how many days of the month worked and how long the current streak is. The same layout prints or saves as a PDF with one button. No account, nothing sent to our server.
Where these numbers come from: How long does it take to form a habit? Not 21 days
There is no evidence for 21 days. In a 2010 study by Lally and colleagues, 96 people took up a new daily behaviour for 12 weeks; it became automatic after a median of 66 days, with a range from 18 to 254. Exercise habits generally took longer than eating and drinking ones, like water with lunch.
In the same study, missing a single day did not materially affect habit formation. Coming back the next day matters more than an unbroken streak, which is why the tracker shows the month's score as well.
Research sets no hard limit. In practice it is easier to start with one to three and add more once the first stop taking effort. The tracker holds ten.

Press "Print or save as PDF" and pick saving to a PDF file as the printer. The page keeps only the grid for the chosen month with your habits.
