About Ordiarion
Ordiarion is a web app for sole traders in Poland and for household finances. It answers how much is actually left from an invoice after VAT, the income tax advance and ZUS contributions, and keeps track of it through the month.
Who it is for
- Polish sole traders on the flat rate, the linear tax or the scale, VAT registered or not.
- People keeping a household budget or paying off loans and debts who want every due date in one place.
- Anyone who wants to work something out without an account: the free tools run in the browser.
What it includes
Invoice calculation and a tax reserve, a budget with categories and limits, accounts and net worth, loans with an overpayment calculator, debts, recurring costs, receipts, credit report analysis, tasks, shopping lists, goals, habits and a journal. Each module is described in the help pages.
Free tools, no account:
Where the numbers come from
- Taxes and contributions are computed by one engine, the same in the app, in the calculators and in the examples on these pages.
- Every rate, threshold and contribution base for 2026 cites a source; the set was checked on 2026-08-21. The sources are listed on the invoice calculator.
- Examples in articles are computed by the same engine, not copied by hand.
- These are figures for planning, not tax advice. Check them with an accountant before paying.
Data and privacy
- Data is stored on a server in Finland, inside the European Economic Area. Passwords only ever as Argon2id hashes.
- Receipts and credit reports are read in the browser; the photo or file never reaches the server.
- Google Analytics loads only after consent; there are no ads.
- All data can be exported as JSON and the account deleted at any time. Details: privacy policy (Polish).
