Where the data comes from

The module needs no separate data entry. It works from what is already there:

• account balances from the Accounts module,
• valuations of things worth money (a flat, a car, equipment),
• outstanding loan amounts,
• debt balances.

Valuations carry history

A valuable thing has a history of valuations, not one value. A flat bought for 500,000 and worth 620,000 today is two different numbers, and both are true at their own moment.

The chart

The chart shows the change over time. A single number says little — it is the direction and the pace that give you something to act on.
