December 2025 has 20 working days and a working time norm of 160 hours.

Public holidays
- Wednesday, 24 December 2025 - Christmas Eve
- Thursday, 25 December 2025 - Christmas Day

How the norm is worked out
The Polish Labour Code (art. 130) gives 8 hours for every Monday to Friday and takes off 8 hours for every public holiday not falling on a Sunday. This month: 23 × 8 h − 3 × 8 h = 160 h.
First working day: Monday, 1 December 2025. Last working day: Wednesday, 31 December 2025.
Part-time norms
- 1/2 of full time: 80 h
- 3/4 of full time: 120 h
- 1/4 of full time: 40 h
Legal basis: art. 130 of the Polish Labour Code and the Act of 18 January 1951 on public holidays (Christmas Eve off since 2025). More: working days versus the working time norm.
